They are practically zero maintenance thanks to the eggs being enclosed. All you need to do is make sure the moss is kept damp and the cutting receives some direct sun for the first month or so.
When your plant gets too big, remove and plant up and allow it to continue growing. You can then plant a new cutting in the moss and grow something new..?
