Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel amazing about every purchase from ResiNation Accessories. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • You’ll also need proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).

How to Start a Return

Email us at resinationaccessories@gmail.com to begin the process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Full instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as final sale

We take hygiene seriously, especially for earrings. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging.

Please reach out if you’re unsure about an item before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once approved, send the item back

  3. Place a new order for the item you want

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it on their end
